1. Who we are

This website is operated by Preharsh Clothing ("Preharsh", "we", "us", "our"), a business registered in India with its principal place of business at DLF PH-2, Gurugram. Throughout these terms, "you" refers to the visitor or customer using the site.

2. The garments

Preharsh offers made-to-order services as well. Each piece is cut and finished after you place your custom order. As a result:

• Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished garment due to your display and the nature of natural fabrics and hand embroidery.
• Minor irregularities in hand-finishing are a mark of the craft, not a defect.
• Production and dispatch timelines are described on each product page and in our Shipping Policy.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and begin production. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or we suspect fraud — and where we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected through our payment partners and through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Payment is made in full at checkout, or — for Cash on Delivery orders within India — a ₹199 non-refundable advance is paid online at checkout and the balance is collected in cash on delivery. The ₹199 advance is not refunded if the order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered (RTO).

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping within India is free. International delivery is available at the rate shown at checkout. Full timelines and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

Because every garment is made to order, returns are limited to manufacturing defects and wrong or damaged items as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not offer size exchanges. Please read it before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Preharsh name, logo, photography, garment designs, and written copy — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
