1. Who we are

This website is operated by Preharsh Clothing ("Preharsh", "we", "us", "our"), a business registered in India with its principal place of business at Plot No 50, Sector 6, IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana 122050. Throughout these terms, "you" refers to the visitor or customer using the site.

2. The garments

Every piece listed on preharsh.com is in stock and ready to ship. Each kurta set comes complete with matching trousers.

• Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the garment due to your display and the nature of fabrics and hand embroidery.
• Minor irregularities in hand-finishing are a mark of the craft, not a defect.
• Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.

3. Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or we suspect fraud — and where we do, any amount you have paid is refunded in full.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can pay online at checkout through our secure payment partners, or choose Cash on Delivery within India and pay the full amount on delivery. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within India only, and shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Full timelines and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, exchanges & cancellations

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, including items bought on sale, as described in our Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy. Please read it before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Preharsh name, logo, photography, garment designs, and written copy — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
