Dispatch & delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and are usually delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your location. During festive peaks courier timelines can stretch slightly — we will keep you informed.

Shipping within India

• Free shipping on all orders across India.
• Delivered by trusted courier partners with tracking.
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only.

Payment

Pay online at checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery, available across India, and pay the full amount when your order arrives. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received it within 2 days of ordering, write to contact@preharsh.com and we will help.

Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we will reach out to arrange re-dispatch.
