Production & dispatch

As made-to-order pieces, garments are cut and finished after your order is placed. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 days of placement, and delivered within 5–7 days of order placement. During festive periods or for customised pieces, timelines may extend a little — we will keep you informed.

Shipping within India

• Free shipping on all orders across India.
• Delivered by trusted courier partners with tracking.
• You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. If you would like to order from outside India, write to contact@preharsh.com and we will notify you when international shipping opens.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received it within a few days of ordering, write to contact@preharsh.com and we will help.

Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will reach out to arrange re-dispatch.

Payment

Prepaid orders are paid in full at checkout through our secure payment partners. Cash on Delivery is available within India: a ₹199 advance is paid online (UPI/card) at checkout, and the balance is payable in cash on delivery. The ₹199 advance is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered (RTO).
