Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Every Preharsh piece is in stock and ready to ship. If it isn't right, you have 7 days to return or exchange it — including items bought on sale or with a discount code.

7-day easy returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, for a refund or a different size.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the size you need. If it is not available, we will refund you instead.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back so we can share the return address and approve the request. Parcels sent without prior intimation may not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video (recorded from before the parcel's seal is opened). We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover all shipping costs in these cases.

How to raise a request

Email contact@preharsh.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and whether you would like a refund or a different size. We will reply with the next steps within one business day.

Shipping costs on returns

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, the customer sends the item back to us at their own cost. Once we receive it, Preharsh ships your exchanged size to you free of charge. For damaged or wrong items, Preharsh covers shipping both ways.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with us. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Cancellations

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so please cancel as soon as possible. You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched by emailing contact@preharsh.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery under this policy.

We want you to love what you wear. If anything about your order is not right, reach out — we would much rather solve it than leave you disappointed.
