Shipping Policy

Each garment is made to order, then carefully packed and shipped. Here is what to expect, from the day you order to the day it arrives.
Production & dispatch
As made-to-order pieces, garments are cut and finished after your order is placed. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 days of placement, and delivered within 5–7 days of order placement. During festive periods or for customised pieces, timelines may extend a little — we will keep you informed.
Shipping within India
- Free shipping on all orders across India.
- Delivered by trusted courier partners with tracking.
- You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received it within a few days of ordering, write to contact@preharsh.com and we will help.
Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will reach out to arrange re-dispatch.
Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery is available, the order amount is payable to the courier at the time of delivery. COD may be limited to select pin codes and order values.
Have a date you need it by — a wedding, a celebration? Message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will do our best to work to your timeline.
