Refund & Cancellation

Every Preharsh garment is made to order, cut and finished for one person after the order is placed. This shapes how returns and cancellations work — please read before you buy.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided we have not yet begun cutting fabric. To cancel, email contact@preharsh.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled because the garment is being made specifically for you.
Returns & exchanges
Because pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will, however, make things right in these cases:
- Manufacturing defect — a flaw in stitching, fabric, or finishing that was not part of the design.
- Wrong or damaged item — you received the wrong garment, or it arrived damaged in transit.
- Size exchange — if the fit is not right, we will exchange or alter the garment to the correct size where possible.
How to raise a request
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@preharsh.com or on WhatsApp, with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review and respond promptly with the next steps.
Refunds
Where a refund is due — for an eligible defect, a wrong or damaged item, or an order we cancel — it is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it.
For Cash on Delivery orders, eligible refunds are made by bank transfer to an account you provide.
Made-to-measure & customised pieces
Garments made to your custom measurements or with bespoke changes cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect, since they cannot be re-sold.
Shipping costs on returns
Where the return is due to our error — a defect, the wrong item, or transit damage — we cover return shipping. For size exchanges, return shipping may be shared as discussed at the time of the request.
We want you to love what you wear. If anything about your order is not right, reach out — we would much rather solve it than leave you disappointed.
